Client Relations Manager

The Client Relations Manager will be responsible for all revenue cycle management functions for private practice behavioral health Providers in a national portfolio. 


Responsibilities:

· Sustain strong relationship with Provider(s) in a collaborative working environment

· Check Eligibility & Benefits

· Calculate copay/coinsurance amounts as appropriate

· Accurately apply payments and adjustments to patient accounts

· Identify and resolve billing issues in a timely manner

· Identify and resolve inefficiencies in ways of working

· Assist in the development and success of internal initiatives


Requirements:

· HS Diploma/GED Equivalent

· 2+ year Microsoft Office Experience

· Previous experience using Valant or other Electronic Billing System a plus

· Previous experience billing and/or working with insurance claims a plus


Skills:

· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex and sensitive issues

· Ability to influence at all levels of an organization

· Ability to organize and prioritize multiple deliverables

· Ability to work and think independently

· Intellectual Curiosity - ability to master new subject matter (or system) and ask good questions

· Attention to detail and strong emphasis on quality

· Ability to problem solve


Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 /hour
